SupplyChainBrain: “UltraShipTMS a Top Supply Chain Partner”

Nominations from Happy Customers Put Ultra on Prestigious List of Top Solution Providers

July 1, 2013 – Fair Lawn, NJ – SupplyChainBrain has announced its eleventh annual list of Top 100 Great Supply Chain Partners and UltraShipTMS has again made the list. The yearly contest asks supply chain professionals to nominate service providers whose solutions make a significant impact on their organizations’ efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance.

At least three client companies using UltraShipTMS as their transportation management software offered nominations to Supply Chain Brain on behalf of Ultra. A leading provider of meat products shared the success they’ve been enjoying using UltraShipTMS for their outbound shipping and private fleet management. A well-known manufacturer of designer cosmetics ingredients shared their success with UltraShipTMS for inbound freight management and another household name in food production hailed the millions they’ve saved in expedited shipping costs alone using Ultra products.

SupplyChainBrain reports this year’s competition was the toughest in the history of the competition with thousands of nominations received for hundreds of trading partners across every aspect of supply chain management over the course of six months. SupplyChainBrain publisher, Brad Berger said, “UltraShipTMS will appear in the 2013 July/August issue of SupplyChainBrain magazine as a celebrated member of this year’s 100 Great elite crew.”

UltraShipTMS president, Nicholas Carretta said, “We’re honored again this year by our clients who vote not only in this contest, but with their feet in continuing to partner with Ultra for their transportation management software needs. 2013 has been a banner year for recognition across the industry media for Ultra and its TMS and transportation optimizer software, LoadFusion too. We’re proud to add this recognition to our collection.”
