Business Development Manager – Telesales

We are considering applications for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions so please indicate your preference when applying.

Full Time: 40 hours per week, hourly wages w/ health benefits plus Incentive Plan
Part Time: 25 – 29 hour work week. Fixed schedule, hourly wages plus Incentive Plan

Daily job responsibilities include:

  • Calling potential customers from a list of contacts, provided internally
  • Qualifying contacts based on current TMS systems usage and needs
  • Provide a limited introduction to UltraShipTMS capabilities
  • Scheduling conference calls and web demonstrations for interested contacts with UltraShipTMS executives
  • Capturing details of each contact called within our CRM application
  • Following up with calls/or emails with previously solicited contacts

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, polished speaking and writing skills
  • Professional phone manners, with an inviting and agreeable personality
  • High Energy, persistent, positive and driven to succeed
