Your vital information is safe with us. UltraShip’s disaster planning and recovery system consists of two mirrored servers—Web and database. There are data centers located in New Jersey, along with a back-up center in Texas. But what if there’s a hardware failure? Don’t worry. All servers use a redundant RAID hard drive array to eliminate the possibility of losing data.

UltraShipTMS™ software successfully backs up data to protect all of your files. Your information will be backed up daily to a tape and stored off-site to facilitate a rapid rebuilding of the system in case of any catastrophic failure.

Upon request, UltraShip can provide data access to SQL database back-ups to provide an additional layer of data security.
