Advanced Security and Peace of Mind
UltraShipTMS™ offers multiple levels of redundancy to ensure your TMS is always available. All systems are mirrored in real-time to an off-site SAS Type 70 data center in a geographically disparate location from our new, state-of-the-art office facility in Fair Lawn, NJ. If anything happens to the primary system, the backup can automatically promote itself to primary and take over with no manual intervention and no interruptions to your users. All servers also have redundant hardware, as well as RAID hard drive arrays to eliminate any data loss due to hardware failure. All files (both application files and database data) are backed up to a secure tape nightly and stored off-site to facilitate rapid system rebuild in the event of a catastrophic failure. SQL database back-ups are also available as needed to provide an additional layer of data back-up integrity.
