Transportation Management Software Solution Provider Honored at American Business Awards Ceremony, Earning ‘Customer Service Department of the Year’ Recognition

Fair Lawn, NJ – June 16, 2014 – UltraShipTMS was presented with a Gold Stevie® Award in the ‘Customer Service Department of the Year’ category during The 12th Annual American Business Awards in Chicago last Friday night.  The win bookends the acclaim earned by UltraShipTMS in last year’s Stevies competition wherein Ultra’s LoadFusion Optimizer took the gold in the category of ‘Transportation Product of the Year’.   This latest award demonstrates that the UltraShipTMS solution is exceptional for the service it delivers in addition to the software it includes.

The 2014 American Business Awards are presented at two awards events; Friday’s banquet in Chicago, and later this year at the New Products & Tech Awards event which will take place on Friday, September 12th in San Francisco.  UltraShipTMS is also in the running for gold at the upcoming tech awards event in San Francisco; having earned “finalist” status for a nomination in the ‘IT Department of the Year’ category for the development team behind the SaaS- based transportation management system.
